Our Advisory Model

Upside Networks operates as a vendor-neutral technology advisor. Our advisory and sourcing services are provided at zero direct cost to clients — we are compensated by carriers and providers upon successful engagement. Accordingly, there are no direct fees charged to clients for our advisory, audit, or sourcing services.

Carrier & Provider Agreements

For technology solutions sourced and deployed through Upside Networks, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the agreement between the client and the relevant carrier or provider. Upside Networks will assist clients in understanding and navigating applicable cancellation provisions in their service agreements.
